It takes two minds to understand one.
Working with me
Individual psychotherapy
I help adults and adolescents in one-on-one psychotherapy and psychoanalysis who deal with emotional issues that show up in many ways: relationship problems, anger, anxiety or depression that may not make sense, ways of being that may seem unchangeable, difficulties with work or school performance, or simply feeling stuck.

My approach
I have advanced training in psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy, insight-oriented talk therapies that I've found allow patients to expand their understanding of their mind. As a result, a deeper therapeutic experience develops with sustainable benefits after treatment has ended .
I have extensive knowledge of human development and experience assessing children and adolescents with emotional, developmental and learning problems. This background has enhanced my capacity to understand my patients and helps them to understand themselves.
